gx 601806a5f8 build: add cmake install rules for libcuframes ...

cmake --install теперь правильно кладёт libcuframes.so/.a в lib/ и
headers в include/cuframes/. Нужно для downstream builders (FFmpeg
patched build, deb packaging).
